A large holiday lodge complex in West Wales, we were contracted to assist with the completion of 80 new lodges within the park.
We were responsible for the design, installation and handover of the ventilation, sprinkler and air source heat pump systems within the lodges.
A beautiful grade II listed building nestled in 8,500 acres of Shropshire countryside on the Apley Estate. Stockton has been newly renovated, transforming what once was a family home into a stunning boutique wedding venue.
JJP Services completed a full mechanical & electrical package, from conception, design & installation.
This included the installation of:
- New Ventilation System
- Air Conditioning
- New Lighting
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm System
- Full Heating Installation
- New Sanitaryware Installation
A Grade II listed building, Blackpool Mill is an exceptional example of an industrial building, rare in that it survives virtually intact with a complete set of machinery.
Its now a beautiful high end restaurant with seating nestled amongst the original machinery.
JJP Services carried out the mechanical package on this project bringing the old mill back to life. From conception to design, installation, testing and handover
JJP Services were contracted for the installation of the mechanical and electrical package throughout
this Grade II listed former police headquarters, now providing accommodation for the youth at this PGL Outdoor Centre
With over 80 bedrooms, along with a commercial kitchen, staff accommodation and meeting rooms.
New ventilation and electrical distribution from conception, design, installation and handover.
New lighting throughout;
A fully addressable Fire Alarm System.
We had the pleasure of installing a large 68.7kW Solar PV Panel System on a poultry farm shed.
Built by us from the ground up. Completed to an very high standard and spec.

Chelsea Creek is a stunning, luxurious canal side apartment complex. We were one of the lucky contractors to be given the privilege of working on this job.
Our main role was to provide M&E services for the whole site, as well as basement services and infrastructure works.
